The Housing Forum is a community education event to provide attendees with information and accessible and affordable housing options for persons impacted by mental illness and other debilitating disabilities. Event components include: presentations on affordable housing options and home ownership, homeless prevention and rapid re-housing program, advocating fair housing issues, housing providers and networking resource fair.

MHA MENTAL HEALTH COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD LUNCHEON

MHA will host the 17th Annual Mental Health Community Service Award Celebration Luncheon. Nominated candidates will be honored for their outstanding contributions to mental health in Orange County.  The Community Service medallion will be awarded to an individual chosen by a volunteer panel of judges in the following categories: professional, volunteer and client. The celebration luncheon will be held at the Turnip Rose Grand Newport Plaza on Thursday, February 24, 2011.  Three Hundred guests are anticipated.

MHA 17th ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MINDS CONFERENCE
May 2011 -  8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Orange County Hyatt Regency Hotel, Garden Grove, CA

MHA hosts the largest mental health conference held in Orange County.
